Preamble: The offer and sale of products on the Città del sole - Natura e... website are governed by the following general conditions of sale. The products purchased on the website are sold by:

- "Buy.it srl" is the company that sells the "Città del sole - Natura e..." products on the Internet;
- The "Products" are all the Città del sole - Natura e... products on stock, and/or those granted by Città del sole - Natura e... to "Buy.it srl" , to be sold on the Città del sole - Natura e... website.
- The "Client" is the buyer of the Products, and has the status of end user, thus meaning the physical or juristic person(s) who makes the purchase and acts independently on any business or professional activity he might carry out;
- The "Website" is the set of webpages making up the Città del sole - Natura e... website.
- "Prices" are the prices of the Products as indicated on the websites, inclusive of taxes;
- "Delivery Rates" are the Products’ shipping costs ;
- "Promotions" are the sales made by "Buy.it srl" of all or some of the Products, for a limited time;
- "Discount coupons" are the coupons occasionally given out by "Buy.it srl" in agreement with Città del sole - Natura e..., which provide a percentage of discount on a future purchase, as stated on the coupon itself;
- The "Basket" is the container of the Products selected for purchase;
- The "Order" is the order to purchase Products, to be delivered on a day following that of the transmission of the order to "Buy.it srl" by the Client;
- The "Conditions of sale" are the rules governing the relations between the Client and "Buy.it srl" regarding the sale of the Products.
- The offer and sale on the Città del sole - Natura e... website integrate a distance contract governed by articles 50 ff. of the Legislative Decree of 6 September 2005, no. 206 (Consumers’ Code of Rights), as well as by the Legislative Decree of 9 April 2003 no. 70 (the so-called "Law on Electronic Commerce"). The purchase of the products is reserved to end users.
- The present Conditions of Sale govern the relations between the Client and "Buy.it srl" regarding the sale of the Products sold by "Buy.it srl" on the mentioned Città del sole - Natura e... website.
- The Client is required to carefully read the terms and conditions of sale that "Buy.it srl" has made available in order to allow the Client to reproduce and memorise the above-mentioned Conditions, according to Art. 12 – Par. 3° of the Legislative Decree no. 70/2003.
- In order to purchase the Products, the Client must register on the website, entering his personal data according to the directions provided by the registration programme. He shall then fill in and send to "Buy.it srl" the electronic order form available on the website, following the directions provided. The order forms must be correctly and completely filled in in all their parts.
- The Client must then insert the selected Product(s) in the "Basket" and, after having read and accepted the delivery rates, may proceed to the checkout.
- If the Client needs to modify the order or some of the data therein, he must follow the procedure on the website. In particular, the Client may change the quantity of Products to be purchased, adding or subtracting one or more Products from the Basket.
- At the end of this process, the Client will see a page showing the summary of the order, inclusive of the Delivery Rates, and a request for further confirmation before placing the order.
- After the summary page, the Client will have to select his preferred Payment Option: cash on delivery (COD), credit card or PayPal, then click on the "Send Order" button.
torna suClosing the contract
- By sending the order, the Client is understood to be fully aware of and understand the Conditions of Sale and the further information present on the website.
- The confirmation of the order, sent by "Buy.it srl" to the Client to the email address indicated, will be proof of acceptance of the proposal of contract.
- The contract will be considered closed and binding for both parties when the order confirmation is sent to the Client.
- The order confirmation sent by email by "Buy.it srl" will contain: the Product(s) purchased; the price; the selected payment option; the delivery rates; the right of withdrawal as stated by Articles 12 and 13 of the Legislative Decree no. 70/03;
- The Client may, at any time, access the content of the closed contracts, by using the Track order function to access his order history. These data will be available for a period of 12 months from the date of delivery of the Products.
- The prices of the Products are denominated in Euros and include all applicable taxes and/or duties.
- The price of the Product is that indicated on the website at the time of ordering. Therefore, no increase or decrease may be applicable in the price, even related to promotional sales preceding or following the order.
- The Client may choose between three payment options: cash on delivery (COD),credit card or Paypal.
- Cash on delivery only applies to orders smaller than Eur 400,000. The Client shall pay the precise amount stated in the order, directly to the courier, on delivery. The courier shall not be authorized to give change or to accept bankers checks or drafts.
- Advance Bank Transfer only for purchases larger than Eur 400.00 (Please send transfer to Buy.it s.r.l., IBAN: IT91C0322601605000030021198).
- To pay by credit card, the Client has to provide the required data, which will be managed directly by the institutions issuing the credit cards. All information will be encrypted by means of encrypting systems preventing its use by third parties. At the end of the operation, if it is successful, the payment system will send an email to the Client, confirming the transaction, and an email to "Buy.it srl", authorising the delivery.
- To pay by PayPal, the Client has to provide the required data, which will be managed directly by PayPal (PayPal is a company of the eBay group, leader in online payment), without having to enter the data of his credit card or prepaid credit card.
torna suProducts delivery and Delivery times
- The delivery of the Products will be arranged by courier, and times vary depending on the destination, the time of reception of the order and the availability of the Product itself. The availability shall be indicated on the fact file of each product.
- "Buy.it srl" will deliver the available products to the Courier within 2 working days after the reception of the purchasing order. The system will send the Client an email notice once the goods have been shipped.
- Barring unforeseeable events, the national delivery times are 2 working days from delivery to the Courier. Deliveries to difficult destinations, i.e. mountain places, smaller islands, remote places, will take 3 working days.
- The Client may track the state of his order by entering his user id and password in the reserved area and selecting the column to the right called "Your orders", or by calling the Customer Service on +39.0362-17.90.346, Monday to Friday from 9.00 to 18.00
- On receiving the Products, the Client must verify:
- That the package is perfectly sealed – On each package, "Buy.it srl" will apply 2 seals (white plastic stripes), in order to avoid the opening of the package by unauthorised personnel. The Clients are invited NOT to accept the package if the seals are absent. If the package is not whole or is damaged, the Client must immediately report this to the Courier, otherwise the Product will be considered regularly delivered.
- If the Client is absent, the Courier will leave a "sorry you were out" card, with instructions for redelivery in the next 72 hours. After this period, the package will automatically be returned to "Buy.it srl"’s warehouse.

torna suInternational deliveries
- The Client may also purchase and receive products outside Italy. The delivery rates vary from country to country. Payment will only be possible by credit card or PayPal.
- The delivery rate depends on the destination and the weight, which will be calculated automatically and may be verified on completing the order and, at any rate, before the order is confirmed.
- "Buy.it srl" will deliver the goods to the Courier in the shortest time possible and, at any rate, no later than 30 days from the day the order is placed.
torna suDiscount coupons – Promotions – Gifts
- "Buy.it srl", in agreement with Città del sole, may insert into the packages or send via email discount coupons, to be used by the date indicated thereon.
- Discount coupons will have to be entered on the summary page and activated by clicking on the button "Activate coupon". The system will then refresh the total cost with the discount indicated in the coupon.
- The discount coupon may only be used together with other commercial promotions exclusively where indicated.
- The promotions present on the website will be active as of their publication on the homepage of Città del sole - Natura e....
- The system will automatically insert the promotion in the shopping basket; therefore, no exceptions may be asked to the Customer Service personnel.
- The "free delivery for orders exceeding xx,xx Euros" promotion is reserved exclusively to deliveries of national orders in the 0-5 kg range. All other orders, including international ones, will be granted a discount equivalent to the cost of the national delivery (Italy - 6,50 Euros).
- "Buy.it srl", in agreement with Città del sole - Natura e..., may send Clients free Products. No returns for change may be possible for free Products received by the Client.
torna suGuarantees and defective products
- The Products purchased on the Città del sole - Natura e... website are governed, for what it is applicable, by Art. 128 ff. of Legislative Decree 206/05 on sales contracts and guarantees on consumable goods.
- This guarantee applies to those Products presenting conformity and/or malfunctioning defects that were not present at the moment of purchase, as long as the Product is used correctly and diligently, according to its destination and to what is indicated in the technical documentation, i.e. the instructions provided therein.
- In case of defects, the Client is invited to ship the Product, either by Courier or mail service, to "Buy.it srl" - Via G. Pascoli 16 - 20036 Meda, Milan, Italy, accurately packaging it in its original package and including the "Defective Products substitution form", correctly filled in, as well as a copy of the invoice.

- The replacement Product will be shipped to the Client at the expense of "Buy.it srl", only after having received the defective Product and the required documents, correctly filled in.
torna suRight to withdraw
- According to Art. 64 ff. of Legislative Decree no. 206/05, the Client may exercise his right to withdraw, without any penalties or need to indicate a reason.
- The Client will have to follow this simple procedure:
a) Send to "Buy.it srl", within 10 working days from reception of the goods, via registered mail with notice of receipt, the relative form, correctly filled in.

b) Ship the product, via a Courier of his choice, to "Buy.it srl" - Via G. Pascoli 16 - 20036 Meda, Milan, Italy, accurately packaged in its original package, including a copy of the letter sent by registered mail.
- The communication may also be sent, within the same time, via telegram, telex, email or fax, as longas it is followed by a letter, sent via registered mail with notice of receipt within the next 48 hours.
- The right to withdraw may not be applied to sealed audiovisual and software Products, once they are opened by the Client.
- "Buy.it srl" will refund, by bank transfer, the cost indicated in the purchasing orders and the first delivery costs, i.e. those relative to the Product(s) for which the right to withdraw has been exercised, within 14 working days from reception of the Product(s).
- The right to withdraw may not be exercised in the event that the returned Product is not whole, or not in its original package, or where constituting parts of the Product are missing, or if the Product has been damaged for reasons different from shipping.
- In order to purchase Products from the website, it is necessary to register and provide the personal data requested through the form. On registration, the user is assigned a personal login and password, for identification when accessing the Città del sole - Natura e... website.
- The data provided on registration are processed by "Buy.it srl" for the purposes and in the ways described hereinafter and at any rate in full accordance with the Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 (Personal Data Protection Code) and its following modifications.
- The personal data provided are used for the following purposes: a) to stipulate and carry out the contract, b) for statistical purposes and to send advertising material, including via email.
- The data provided for the above mentioned purposes may be processed in automated or non automated ways, and only for the time necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected. Specific security measures are taken in order to prevent the loss and/or illicit or incorrect use of data and unauthorised access thereto.
- The provision of personal data by the user is optional. The refusal to provide the data necessary for the purposes indicated in a) of point 3 implies the impossibility to buy Products from the website. On the other hand, the refusal to provide the data necessary for the purposes indicated in b) of point 3 does not affect the possibility to buy Products from the website.

- The data provided to "Buy.it srl" is disclosed exclusively to the subjects appointed by the data controller to carry out all the activities necessary to correctly manage the relations with the user for the indicated purposes.
- The personal data processed by "Buy.it srl" shall not be disclosed or sold to third parties.
- The subjects of the personal data may, at any time, exercise their rights as indicated by Art. 7 of Legislative Decree 196/2003 and, in particular, the right to obtain confirmation of the existence of the data, to have it corrected, integrated or cancelled, by sending a written request to "Buy.it srl", via G. Pascoli 16 - 20036 Meda, Milan, Italy, or sending an email to info@buy.it.

torna suGoverning Law and Jurisdiction
The present contract is governed by the Law of Italy.
In case of mismanagement or controversy between "Buy.it srl" and the Client, the parties may apply to www.risolvionline.it, an independent institutional service provided by the Chamber of National and International Arbitration of the Chamber of Commerce of Milan, to find a satisfactory agreement with the help of a neutral and competent peacemaker, in a friendly and safe manner. In case of a negative result of the attempt at reconciliation, the competent jurisdiction for any controversies between "Buy.it srl" and the Client will be the Judicial Authority of the place of residence of the end user, if within the national territory.
To all Clients residents of EU countries, Articles 15-17 of Reg. 44/01 EU apply.
