Instructions: how to buy on-line

This service is aimed at helping those people navigating on Città del sole - Natura e... for the first time, or to provide people already familiar with this type of acquisition, more detailed information about how this site works.

Search by keyword

If you already know the exact name of a product then you can use the search by keyword. Just simply insert one or two words in the appropriate space; (which is always found on the left side of the home page), and then click on the OK button on the right. The resulting list will show one or more products that include your search word in their product name or product description.

Advanced search

This is very useful for quickly finding a product that has a series of pre-defined general characteristics. Advanced search will give you a list of products, selected using one or two of the following criteria:

• Principle group typology;
• manufacturer;
• price;
• news;
• on sale products;
• products with videos;

The result will be a list of products all belonging to the selected criteria. From this list, you can purchase the product you looked for, but first, carefully read the product information/technical data sheet.

Città del sole - Natura e... guarantees maximum information on each item by the use of an explicit and complete data sheet containing information and technical details of the item.

The data sheet clearly shows a summary of any indications essential to purchase:

Underneath this summary, you will find more information that has been divided into uniformed groups based on characteristics.

Put your shopping in the trolley

Once you have chosen a purchase, simply click on the buy now button underneath the product image and it will be placed in your shopping trolley.

In just one glance, you can check the products in your trolley ready to be bought, together with their singular and total cost. On this page you can also choose the desired quantity of each item and eliminate any items that you no longer wish to buy.

Once all your desired items are in your trolley, you can go to the check out to complete your purchase and choose your preferred type of payment.

Register as a member

Once you have selected the items you wish to buy, click on “go to check out” to complete your acquisition.

New members If you are a first time buyer from our website, you will be asked to insert your e-mail address and a password. You will also be asked to insert all information necessary to the invoicing and delivery of the goods. Please be informed that Buy.it Srl will detain your details in full compliance of the Data Protection Act (Italian law - art.13 del D.Lgs. 196/2003).

Already a member Simply insert your e-mail address and your password. The system will show you your invoicing and delivery details, which can be changed at any time by clicking on the “modify” button.

Once the system ‘recognises’ you, it will summarise your list of chosen goods, invoicing and delivery information.

Payment

Città del sole - Natura e... offers several methods of payment:

COD. If you chose COD (cash on delivery) just click on “close my order” to finish all transactions with no further steps to be completed. Please note that for COD deliveries, there is an additional cost and certain rules must be respected. (Please give banknotes or coins directly to the courier – he will not accept personal or bankers cheques, he will only accept the correct amount corresponding to your order and is not obliged to give any change). Please read “Terms and Conditions”

Advance bank transfer: Only applies to orders larger than Eur 400. Send transfer to Buy.it S.r.l. (IBAN IT91C0322601605000030021198)

Credit card. If you opt for a credit card payment, our system will transfer you to a secure Banca Sella line where you can insert your credit card details in all safety and security.

Once the transaction has been concluded, Banca Sella will send you e-mail confirmation of the transaction and we will be given the authorisation to send the goods.

Pay Pal: If you opt for PayPal payment, our system will “transfer” you to a secure PayPal line where you can safely enter your credit card details. Once the transaction is over, PayPal will send you an e-mail confirming the transaction and we will be authorized to send the goods.

Tracking an order

If you’d like to track your order or orders, all you need to do, is insert your e-mail address and password in the correct section and select “tracking”.

The system will list your orders by date. Chose the order that you wish to trace and you will be given a complete summary where you can see if the goods are already in the hands of the courier.

If you click on the button with the courier’s logo, you will be transferred directly to their website where you can trace the actual position of your order.
